FINANCIAL NEWS REPORTER


Use your professional financial news reporting/editing skills to cover economic, political and regulatory developments in the Asia-Pacific insurance market that are of financial significance to the insurance industry as a whole and to insurance companies, agents, brokers and other insurance professionals; attend and file news stories on press conferences and industry-sponsored conferences; interview key people in the Asia-Pacific market; and develop information about and contacts in the insurance industry.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with outstanding research, interviewing, news writing and English communication skills who holds a relevant degree; is an experienced professional reporter and/or editor with a newspaper, magazine or news wire reporting on sophisticated news topics; demonstrates familiarity with financial information (financial reporting experience is an advantage); and possesses a willingness to learn insurance industry nomenclature. Some travel as necessitated by coverage requirements.
