Do any of you work with interns? How do you find them, through friends, a local university? I seem to recall that there used to be a New York program that funneled j-student interns to different b2b companies. Does it still exist?

We started an internship program by simply posting on Journalismjobs.com. Our experience has been a regular flow of interns, usually from local j-schools (they often need an internship to finish) or, at times, recent grads looking for clips.

Then, rarely, a graduate student or international student with ties to Miami and looking for a good way to spend a few months between career phases.

After a while, you'll get a flow of interns on the fact that former interns will talk about it with their advisors, but that takes time. A posting on Journalismjobs.com is really the driver.
